Shaquana is a Certified Customs Specialist, a Certified Duty Drawback Specialist and an active member of the International Compliance Professionals of America (ICPA), the National Customs Broker & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA), and Organization of the Women in International Trade (OWIT).

Shaquana holds a Masters in Science from the University of New Haven.
